What to Bring

We have mats, props and equipment for your use.

Socks are required for all group classes.

Please bring a water bottle if you’d like one and, if it’s your first time here, bring your intake forms (or come early to fill them out).

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Small Props

We’re in the business of helping you move better and feel better, not selling you stuff… but sometimes you just loved that prop you used in class and want to play with it at home.

Group Pilates Class Descriptions

 

Basic Mat and Springboard

Basic Mat and Springboard focuses on the fundamentals of strength, alignment & healthy body mechanics. It is the perfect group setting for beginners and those who prefer a deliberate, mindful pace.

Mixed-Level Mat

A great place to increase your strength, flexibility, and athletic ability for those familiar with Pilates. These morning classes promise to be better than a cup of coffee in getting your core warm, your joints awake, and your brain going.

Pilates Springboard 

Spring into action with a circuit of exercises which will challenge your core, legs, and upper body. This class is for those who want to add spring resistance training in addition to the fundamentals or core strength & alignment established on the mat.
