Cheyenne Avant

From Cheyenne’s first exposure to Pilates, she quickly fell in love. As a competitive soccer player, she had muscle imbalances and back pain that never seemed to go away - until Pilates! Cheyenne became certified to deepen her knowledge and help others discover this magical movement practice. In class, Cheyenne layers her exercises providing modifications and progressions to inspire and challenge. She believes that an instructor should never stop learning and will be a forever student of Pilates.
